They can thrive in 2018.
Jared is starting a new school when he comes back from holiday break, and he hopes this one will stick. Michaela is about to start overnight trial visits with her mom, and she’s crossing her fingers that she can go home for good soon. Pablo is waiting for an adoptive family to welcome him into their lives. He’s had a few families interested, but they’ve come and gone.
Resilience. Stability. Support. Happiness. Progress. That’s what we hope for Jared, and for Michaela, and for Pablo in 2018. And we know that to help these kids thrive in the New Year, we need to recruit more CASA volunteers who will get to know them, advocate for them, and be their consistent voice.
For more than 40 years, CASA volunteers have been a turning point in the lives of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. We’re proud to be serving more than 300 of our areas most vulnerable children, but many, many more need our help in 2018 and beyond.
With support from you, more children can thrive in 2018.
